We make one hour appointments beginning at 9:00 AM with the last appointment at 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
When do you perform MRIs?
MRIs are routinely scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays. Emergency MRIs can be arranged on other days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash and personal checks.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. Through Citi Health Card, a medical financing plan that you may apply for at www.healthcard.citicards.com. Like any small businesses, we cannot personally finance our clients while keeping our fees affordable.
What are your fees for examination, MRI, radiographs?
Dr. Luttgen will give you a detailed estimate of her recommendations at your first appointment.
Can I talk to Dr. Luttgen?
Only if Dr. Luttgen has previously done an examination on your pet. If she has not, you will need to make an appointment. At that time, she will discuss any questions you may have.
Do you do vaccinations, dentals, and spay/neuter pets?
No. You will need to schedule those procedures with your family veterinarian.
