Referring Vets

If you or your staff make an appointment:

Our receptionist will ask your office to fax your most recent medical records pertaining to your patient’s problem prior to your client’s appointment so that Dr. Luttgen may review those records in advance. All recent and pertinent laboratory studies and ultrasound and radiograph reports should be included. Please send radiographs with your client or, if you have digital imaging capability, you may e-mail studies to ncaimages@comcast.net. Please call our office when that is done to alert us to look for the studies on-line.
